Where we started
Built by a surgeon who saw training fall short
High-stakes practice was hard to come by. It needed expensive facilities, expert instructors and time nobody had — so most people learned on the job, in front of a real patient, a real customer, a real team.
We built Virti so that rehearsal is no longer a luxury. Realistic scenarios, delivered at scale, on any device. What began as clinical simulation now runs across sales, customer service and leadership.
The technology changed. The reason has not: people perform better when they have already been there before.
