These pages set out the master sales terms and conditions that govern your use of the Virti platform. If your billing address is in the United States you contract with Virti Inc. and the US agreement applies; otherwise you contract with VirtiHealth Ltd and the UK agreement applies. If you have an order form, the Virti entity named on it is your provider. Please review and download the agreement relevant to you.

Use of the Virti platform is subject to your acceptance of these terms together with any order form executed between you and the relevant Virti entity. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by the applicable terms.
