These pages set out the master sales terms and conditions that govern your use of the Virti platform. Depending on your billing entity, one of the following agreements applies — please review the one relevant to your contract.
UK customers: VirtiHealth Ltd Master Sales Terms and Conditions apply. These cover the licensed use of the Virti platform by customers contracting with VirtiHealth Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
US customers: Virti Inc. Master Sales Terms and Conditions apply. These cover the licensed use of the Virti platform by customers contracting with Virti Inc., a Delaware corporation.
For the current copies of these agreements — or for any questions about your existing contract, billing, or licence terms — please contact your account manager or email legal@virti.com.
Use of the Virti platform is subject to your acceptance of these terms together with any order form executed between you and the relevant Virti entity. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by the applicable terms.
