Is there a free trial?
Yes - every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to all Professional features during the trial period.
What's a Virtual Human?
Virtual Humans are AI-powered avatars that learners can have real conversations with - practising sales pitches, difficult conversations, patient interactions, and more. They respond naturally using AI and natural language processing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged the pro-rated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What LMS systems do you integrate with?
Virti supports SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and xAPI (Tin Can). This means it integrates with most major LMS platforms including Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Moodle, and more.
How does billing work?
Starter and Professional plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves you 20%. Enterprise plans are invoiced quarterly or annually based on your agreement.
Is Virti secure and compliant?
Yes. Virti is ISO 27001 certified and ISO 9001 certified. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're GDPR compliant and can support data residency requirements for Enterprise customers.
What happens at the end of my trial?
At the end of your 14-day trial, you can choose a plan to continue. If you don't select a plan, your account will be paused - your content is never deleted without explicit request.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
