Role play coaching scenarios for managers

This pack gives you 8 role play coaching scenarios built around the conversations managers find hardest, from a high performer asking about promotion to someone pushing back on change. Each one focuses on a single coaching skill and is ready to run in under 25 minutes. Every scenario includes an easier version for newer managers and a harder one for experienced managers, plus a script so anyone can play the team member. A simple scoring guide shows what good coaching sounds like, and debrief questions help managers reflect on what they said and what they’d do differently.
