Inside Virti’s Q2 roadmap: The next frontier in AI-powered learning

As organizations continue to grapple with rising expectations around employee development, performance management, and training scalability, Virti’s latest roadmap offers a window into where AI-driven learning is headed next.

The Q2 updates reflect a clear focus: equipping enterprises with tools that deliver measurable impact across analytics, coaching, and content delivery, while aligning with real-world workflows and data governance needs.

First, Virti is enhancing its analytics capabilities with customizable reports designed to reflect an organization’s specific coaching or performance frameworks. Whether teams are using proven industry models or homegrown evaluation criteria, the platform enables precise alignment and consistency across departments.

To complement this, new tools will automatically summarize evaluation data at scale, helping managers surface trends, spot issues early, and drive continuous improvement with less manual oversight. A new layer of conversational analysis also unlocks insights around speech patterns, pacing, and filler word usage, combining transcripts, audio, and structured feedback in a single review environment, making coaching more accurate and repeatable.

Short-form, AI-enhanced interactive video is also being introduced, allowing learners to engage with tailored content and receive just-in-time guidance. It’s particularly well-suited for onboarding, policy updates, and soft skills training, offering a lightweight alternative to traditional e-learning modules.

Finally, Virti is expanding its enterprise AI infrastructure with smaller, faster models fine-tuned on proprietary datasets, enabling organizations to retain full control over behavior, tone, and compliance while accelerating deployment and maintaining performance standards.

I’m proud of the Virti team’s focus on innovation and appreciate our customers and partners who continue to teach and iterate with us.
